HTC EVO 3D Description
The HTC EVO 3D is another in the line of HTC range of smartphones and is rumored to be launched by the second quarter of 2011. The phone has a three dimensional LCD capacitive touchscreen of 4.3 inches. It has touch sensitive controls, gyro sensor, multi touch input method, HTC Sense UI, and accelerometer and proximity sensor. The 3.5 mm audio jack is standard and SRS virtual surround sound is provided via headphones. The internal storage memory consists of 1 GB RAM and 1 GB additional storage, which is coupled with an external microSD card slot expandable up to 32 GB.
The camera is all of 5 MP with dual LED flash and autofocus. Stereoscopic photos (2 MP) can be taken along with videos, and geo tagging is enabled. The 2D video camera is of 1080 pixel and records at 24 fps, while the 3D video recorder is of 720 p and records at 30 fps. A secondary camera of 1.3 MP is also incorporated. The phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor and runs on the Android Gingerbread operating system. SNS integration, digital compass, Google applications, TV output, and dedicated microphone with active noise cancellation, are some of the other features which form an inherent part of the device.
